En Cuatro Patas

En Cuatro Patas continued the exploration of the politicized body, featuring feminist Latinx performance and media artists who ruminate on and fantasize alternative embodiments. Through a series of four programs that include performance, film and video, artists from Los Angeles and Latin America will come together to mobilize the body through varied interventions. Performers included Gina Osterloh and Dorian Wood; Nadia Granados, Deborah Castillo and Oscar David Alvarez; Luciana Achugar and Carmina Escobar and films/videos from Joiri Minaya, Amapola Prada, Xandra Ibarra + Rob Fatal, Julie Tolentino + Abigail Severance, and Mickey Negron; and Naomi Rincón Gallardo’s The Formaldehyde Trip.
